SBX-gutta sliter med heatkjøringen

Gode kvalikresultater hjelper lite når heatkjøringen ikke sitter. Dårlige starter sendte både Stian og Joachim tidelig ut av dagens WC-renn i Veysonnaz.

Havikhagen best på 19.plass

Etter gårsdagens kvalik lå Stian Sivertzen på 4.plass og Joachim Havikhagen på 27.plass. Selv om Joachim kjørte seg opp noen plasser, var det lite å rope hurra for i dag. –Jeg kjørte rævva dårlig, kommer det fra Sivertzen, som endte på 25.plass.

- Gutta kjører greit nok, men startene er alt for dårlige, oppsummerer trener Jonte Grundelius. - Nå gjelder det bare å nullstille seg før X-games til helgen, avslutter han.

Rennet ble vunnet av Nate Holland (USA), fulgt av Markus Schairer (AUT) og Emanuel Perathoner (ITA). LIndsey Jacobellis (USA) vant kvinneklassen foran Dominique Maltais (CAN), og Alexandra Jekova (BUL).

På tross av svake resultater, holdt begge gutta seg innenfor topp 30 på rankingen, noe som gir en ekstra norsk plass. Denne vil bli fylt av Kongsberggutten Christian Ruud Myhre.
